Tonight was our ward Pinewood Derby! We made two different cars to race, a car shaped like a fish, and a school bus. Here is Jessie with Bus. This car didn't do so well in the long run, it didn't have enough weight to do well in the races. It seemed like it was going to be the same story with Fish, since there was no weight to the car. But then we had a few guys in our ward offered little weight from their car for us to rubberband to Fish. And Fish was off to the races! Car after car fell to Fish until it was in the semi finals! We had to race a car four times in order to come up with a final verdict, that is how close the finishes were! Fish won the first two, but the other car won the last two after adding just a little more weight. So the other car advanced. But Fish was the underdog winner of the night!
