Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.

Miss Adelaide is here!
The little lady is here at last! I got a call at 4:07 a.m. after just arriving back in town from Grandpa Jack's funeral at 1 a.m. Ash was going into labor! Woo hoo!
She was born *relatively* quickly, and we were all very excited! I took off from work on my lunch break and was able to sneak some Arby's to Kyle and Ash for lunch. In return, I got some pretty amazing pics!
Later that evening, I came to the hospital again to get an update and the whole fam was there. I got to hang out with everyone and even hold Miss Addy. Oh, she is going to be spoiled . . .

What a pick-me-up!
I came back from my lunch break and this beautiful arrangement was sitting on my desk- one of my best friends had sent me flowers to let me know she was thinking about me. It was really fantastic since I had had a really bad day and was thinking about Grandpa Jack a lot. Moka, you are the best! Thank you for being so thoughtful!

Woo hoo! American Idol . . . who?
Tonight we went to the American Idol concert at the E Center. Free Cheesecake Factory and concert? I'm there! Well, I have never really watched a season of American Idol, so I had NO idea who was singing! I had to rely on MaryAnn and Blake to tell me who was who.
It was funny- my favorite singer was the blind piano man. I think his name is Scott. Funnily enough, he came in 8th place but was the best. He sang really well and had a great voice. It was fun to
sing along, and a few times they had the lyrics flash up behind the singer so the audience could sing along too. I recognized almost all of the songs and had a great time.
Overall, I would say Josh Groban is still my favorite concert, but I will take what I can get! We had a great time and it was fantastic to get away from the hustle and bustle of the office. And the Miso salmon was fantastic as always!!!

Missing Dat Dat Dragon!
Elder Isenbarger-
I know you are serving the Lord in Russia right now, but I wanted to give you a shout-out on your birthday. You are an amazing example of bringing joy to those around you, and I really admire that quality in you. I can't go anywhere in Urbana without someone saying how wonderful you are. From doing paper routes together, to going on a Utah trip with Dad, to Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, to Nadiators, to making hilarious audio tapes for Curt and Kyle on their missions . . . you are amazing. You always have a smile and a joke and that is awesome!
Godspeed, Elder. Love you.

Missing Grandpa Jack
Today I lost my Grandpa Jack. He has been in the hospital for a little bit now, and today lost the battle. He has had Alzheimer's for the last several years, and additionally they found a 14 cm. aneurysm on his heart, pneumonia, and a kidney infection. Poor man. He has been putting up a good fight.
I am also completely indebted to my Mom. She gave me a call today and asked if I wanted to speak to Grandpa. She handed over the phone and I was able to speak to him for a few minutes. He told me about working on the tractor with Uncle Steve, and things going on at work. He also tried to get off the phone with me because he "had a lot to do at work". :) It's good that he was unaware of what was going on.
I love you, Grandpa. I miss you already, but I will see you on the flip side! :)
P.s. I bet I can jump higher than a telephone pole . . .

Shout out to Popsdiddy on his birthday!
Isn't this the absolute BEST picture ever?! My parents are awesome, and props to Sarah for taking this picture! Girl, you got it going on.
It's Dad's birthday today and I wanted to just let him know that I love him SO much! It's said that girls marry men that are just like their fathers. I always say that if I get a man that is half as good as my Dad, I am SET FOR LIFE! You are one of the most amazing people I've ever met, and I am so proud and lucky to be your daughter. I truly cherish you and the things you have done in your life. Thank you for being so amazing and incredible.
HAVE A GREAT BIRTHDAY AND I WILL SEE YOU SOON! LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!
